WOMEN WELL FARE CELL

We are delighted to introduce the Women Welfare Cell at NIET , in accordance with the norms prescribed by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and Bikaner Technical University. The establishment of this cell reflects our commitment to safeguarding the rights, dignity, and well-being of our female students. The Women Welfare Cell serves as a safe and confidential platform where female students can register their complaints, seeking resolution while ensuring the protection of their reputation and confidentiality.
At NIET, we believe in creating an inclusive and empowering environment for all students. The Women Welfare Cell has been set up with the primary objective of addressing the concerns, grievances, and issues faced by female students, ensuring their rights are protected, and providing a supportive framework to address their unique needs.

Key Objectives of the Women Welfare Cell:

Confidential Complaint Registration: The Women Welfare Cell offers a confidential complaint registration process, where female students can freely report any incidents of harassment, discrimination, or violation of their rights. The names and identities of the complainants will be kept confidential unless they expressly wish to come forward publicly.
Grievance Redressal: The cell is dedicated to addressing and resolving the complaints registered by female students promptly and impartially. The complaints will be handled with sensitivity, and a fair investigation will be conducted to ensure a just resolution.
Support and Guidance: The Women Welfare Cell provides support, guidance, and counseling services to female students who have experienced harassment or any form of mistreatment. Trained professionals are available to offer emotional support, guidance, and assistance in navigating the challenges they may face.
Awareness and Prevention: The cell organizes awareness campaigns, workshops, and seminars to educate the campus community about gender-based issues, sensitizing them towards gender equality, respect, and the prevention of harassment.
